Events Offered

Our aim is to enable as many people to compete in their preferred events as possible and we believe that by dividing the competition into 3 divisions and spreading the likely entries among those divisions, we might be able to achieve that - your good humour and efficiency will help considerabley!

We appreciate many competitors will want to enter a number of events, so we are offering combinations of events based on age groups, boat types and category across the different divisions:

• age group - from J12 to J18, and Masters of any age - we will group masters entries into logical clusters after entries close 

• gender - open, women and mixed

• boat type - 1x, 2x, 2-, 4x+, 4x-, 4+, 4-, 8+

Some categories are restricted to particular age groups - for instance coxed quads to younger categories and coxless to more experienced, for instance. Inevitably, some combinations won't take place due to lack of entries. 

Where an event receives a large number of entries they may be split into multiple bands, based on CRI points, to give more people a chance to win an event, and to keep the number of rounds to a reasonable level.

Specific details of events offered for 2026 have not yet been decided on.
