All entries must be made using the British Rowing Online Entry system (BROE)
Entries will close at 8pm 10 days before the competition and individual events may be suspended before then when they become full, but a waiting list will be maintained after this date in the event of adjustments, withdrawals or scratches.
We want as many crews as possible to take part, but once crews affected by proposed adjustments have been contacted and have accepted any changes, no further changes can be accepted to the entries (other than legitimate crew substitutions).
An entry is accepted only on receipt of payment, however, refunds will be made only where an entry is rejected or cancelled by Gloucester Rowing Club. Other refunds will be made only at the discretion of the Event Secretary.
Please note that within a Division there is a no doubling up of events, nor can equipment be shared between entries within a division.
