Competitor Info

There are a few special points of information for attendees at the 2024 Autumn Head.

• The field is very wet, and as such we will be using the alternative parking off Empire Way (5 to 10 minutes drive from the club, 15-20 minutes walk back to the club)  Further details can be found in the folder below under Empire Way Parking. Under no circumstances should anyone park in either Banner Hardware or Enterprise Car Rental, these are in use by their respectve companies and not free for our use. 

• We will have limited space for trailer parking so please follow instructions from the marshalls about where to park 

• If arriving on Saturday please make sure your trailer is in a marked bay and please do not lock it, in case we need to move it.  Also please get in touch in advance so that we can organise gate access for you. 

• Please do not leave your towing vehicle in the area where the trailers are parked (obviously this does not apply to cases where you have a van rather than a trailer, as the towing vehicle cannot be separated!)  Towing vehicles should be moved to the alternative parking as advised by parking marshalls.
