Competitor Info

There are a few special points of information for attendees at the 2023 Autumn Head.

• We will have limited space for trailer parking and so we will be marking out spaces which are quite small, with the intention that you will have enough room to get boats on and off the trailer but will put trestles in front of the trailer for rigging. 

• If arriving on Saturday night please make sure your trailer is in a marked bay and please do not lock it, in case we need to move it.  Also please get in touch in advance so that we can organise gate access for you. 

• Please do not leave your towing vehicle in the area where the trailers are parked (obviously this does not apply to cases where you have a van rather than a trailer, as the towing vehicle cannot be separated!)  Towing vehicles should be moved to the parking on the field.

• Although we do not have any major roadworks in the immediate vicinity of the club, there are some going on in the wider area, so please check your route beforehand.

• Fees must be paid in advance of the close of entries.  Unpaid crews will be rejected (unless they are only unpaid because they were on the waiting list)

In the folder below you will find all the documents relating to Head Races - currently just the Autumn Head 2023, but this folder will be used to maintain an up to date collection of documents from year to year, so that documents can be checked from previous events.
