What to expect?
A 2 hour session every week for 8 weeks.
Instruction on indoor rowing machines and on the water.
Optional group fitness session.
Coaching from qualified instructors
Fun and relaxed environment
Graduation Regatta included!

Adults from 18 to 80+ no experience or previous sporting experience necessary!
When?
Saturday 10.30 to 12.30.

Junior Beginners
Gloucester Rowing Club provides junior learn to row courses, which are run by trained coaches, at the Gloucester Sharpness Canal, from the Gloucester Boathouse on David Hook Way, Gloucester.
We are running two courses in the summer term, one in each half term, running on Sunday afternoons, for six sessions each.
The first course runs from Sunday 14th April to 19th May 2024.
The dates and times for the second course are : Sunday 9th June to Sunday 14th July 20924.
All sessions are planned to run from 3:15pm to 5pm.

Places are limited to ensure we can provide a good experience for everyone taking part.
The courses cost £75, however we do have bursaries for families in hardship and money should never be a barrier to rowing. So do please contact the junior coaches if you would like to discuss a bursary.
