Here are a pile of policies and a raft of rules. Seriously, they exist
so that the club can cater for all members equally and fairly and also
get on with its neighbours. If you feel that something needs changing
or that a particular issue is not being properly dealt with then either
approach a member of the committee, or get it raised at the AGM. You can
also send an email to the club, click on the link, above. If all that
fails to satisfy, become a member of the committee yourself (see club
rules)

| Junior

(A good note for senior rowers too!) |
| Coxing

| Codes of Conduct |
How the Juniors should
behave and how their wiser and more mature(!) clubmates should
behave. Don't forget Rule 23, though. |
| Bridge Risk Assessment |
Know your bridges. This is an Excel spreadsheet with descriptions and photos of bridges from Hempstead to Parkend with useful local knowledge about how to avoid collisions, damage and other unpleasantness.
Perhaps we should also have a swan and duck risk assessment. |
