SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Saturday 17th September 2005, 10.00 am

at The Boathouse, 326 Bristol Road, Gloucester

At the AGM held in October 2005, the Committee was asked to develop a proposal for an alternative management structure for the Club. This SGM will consider that proposal and other proposed rule changes.

The timing of the SGM is to ensure that any changes have been agreed prior to members considering whether to stand for office at the AGM. The date and time have been chosen to minimise the number of members who would need to make an extra visit to the Club to attend.

The proposals affect the way that your club is run. Please make an effort to attend. A quorum of 20 members eligible to vote is required.

If you are unable to attend, but wish to make your views known, then please speak or write to either Mark Pollard (President), Gill Ragon (Captain) or Stephen Rose (Secretary). Alternatively, send an email to info@gloucester-rowing.org and it will be passed on to the secretary.
