Stourport

A large contingent of juniors and seniors headed up to Stourport at the weekend, the majority of entries being mixed - is it avoidance of points or the belief that boys and girls are more civilizedwhen they're together?
Anyway there were wins for the mixed eight, quad and four, the women's quad, women's novice single and double - congratulations to Karen and Tori. The remaining recipients of silverware were Caroline, Karolina, Dan, Sam, Georgi, Charlie, Tobi, Nick, Ben M, Lynsey, Kim and your knackered scribe.
More of the same on Sunday with wins in the mixed composite double, (Gloucester/City of Bristol) for Sam and Laura. I may have missed some - but will update as soon as someone lets me know!

The Regatta is now in ten days time. The work rota will be out in a couple of days - the good news is there's no shortage of work to go round. The bad news is that if you're not available to fulfill your duties there is an expectation that you will find a replacement/ swap duties/ times and inform the organisers!
