Eighteen crews competed from all sections of the boat club in the Evesham Senior Head race on Saturday, 29th November. Eleven wins were recorded including three course records. This was enough, when added to the successes at the Evesham Junior Head, for the club to win the Victor Ludorum prize of some 30 foot of Connect-a-dock landing staging, so we're looking forward to less congestion at the boatclub on a Saturday morning. Thanks to everyone who took part, well done to those who took home winners' medals and most of all, thanks to everyone who marshalled, umpired, drove safety launches, made the bacon butties and generally made the day go smoothely despite the wintery conditions.
